Your income is directly tied to your vehicle and how much you want to **work**. Top earners can make over $3,000 per week, but it all depends on your availability and vehicle type. We guarantee at least 38 hours per week, providing you with financial stability – because we know consistency is key.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Cars and hatchbacks: Ideal for smaller, frequent deliveries, letting you zip around city traffic with ease. Perfect if you enjoy the efficiency of those quick jobs. They’re ideal for businesses that need fast, efficient transport of documents, small parcels, or samples.
• 1 and 2-tonne vans (including refrigerated and freezer options): A perfect fit for businesses needing temperature-controlled transport. Think food and beverage distributors or pharmaceutical suppliers.
• Box trucks (4 to 14 tonnes – tautliners, pantechs, and tailgate lifts): These are brilliant for those larger deliveries, such as industrial supplies or bulky items. They provide convenient loading and unloading, even without a loading dock.
• Larger capacity trucks (up to 14 pallets or more): If you have one of these, you’re set for businesses with high-volume, large-scale delivery needs.

You’ll be delivering a variety of goods to businesses across Brisbane – everything from packages to auto parts and much more. It’s a busy, active role, with deliveries primarily to businesses with easy access, minimising delays. We concentrate on efficient, local routes, so you’re not wasting time stuck in traffic. You’ll be assigned to a specific client, allowing you to get familiar with their routes and build a strong working relationship. You’ll become a familiar face, understanding their specific needs and delivery procedures, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

We ensure you’re fully prepared and confident. Our onboarding is easy and includes:

• Comprehensive Safety Training: Delivered through the Done Safe system, ensuring you’re up-to-speed on all safety procedures and best practices.
• Hands-On Experience: You’ll shadow experienced for 1-3 days (depending on your experience), learning the ropes and gaining practical knowledge of routes and client requirements.
• Process and Technology Training: You’ll receive specific training on Ontime’s technology and processes, ensuring a seamless transition and effective use of our systems.
• Ongoing Support: Benefit from daily calls from management for your first 1-2 weeks, providing additional support.
