Ontime is an Australian owned private company established in 1983 that engages subcontractor owner drivers into permanent, hourly rate-paid driving positions.

Almost all Ontime subcontractors are engaged into regular permanent guaranteed runs. No waiting for work, no adhoc work, no radios and no peaks and troughs in income. All of our drivers know where they are going to work every day, how many hours they will be working, and where their runs finish up.

A subcontractor owner driver is an individual that is set up under a Pty Ltd (A.C.N.) that owns their own vehicle and is contracted to perform delivery duties. The subcontractor is required purchase, maintain, fuel and insure their vehicle for the contract rate.

Ontime requires that all of their contracted commercial vehicles are late model and white in colour.

Ontime supplies delivery services to customers in a wide range of industries. These include automotive parts supply, pharmaceutical, veterinary, hospitality, food supply and industrial/mining equipment. Most of our services are provided during weekdays (7am to 5pm) with work also available after hours upon request.

We have work that is suitable for experienced and new drivers into the industry. If you are still searching for the right vehicle, then feel free to discuss this with the Ontime representative you speak to at your interview and we can provide advice on suitable vehicles, and where to find them. All approved candidates are given the opportunity to see the proposed work prior to committing, to ensure they have the best chance of making the right decision.
