As an independent contractor, you’re responsible for your vehicle, fuel, and insurance. You’ll also need a current driver’s licence, full Australian work rights, an ABN/ACN, and appropriate insurance for your vehicle. Previous delivery experience is a bonus, but not required – we prioritise a strong work ethic and a desire to learn. We’ll give you the training to set you up for success!
Our onboarding process is comprehensive and straightforward. It includes safety training via the Done Safe system, keeping you up-to-date on all safety regulations. You’ll also shadow seasoned drivers for a few days, learning on the job and getting hands-on experience. We’ll also provide specific training on our technology and procedures for transport and logistics, making sure you’re comfortable and confident. We want you to feel prepared and equipped, providing all the tools and knowledge you need in Australia.
